How to Make Your Personal Brand Stick with Your Target Clients

In the real estate industry, it’s no surprise that you may switch companies a few times during your career. Here’s a fact: The industry average sees agents switching offices up to three times over a 10-year period. But what does this mean for your personal brand as an agent?

AI-Driven Real Estate Marketing: How to Stay Ahead of the Game

The use of artificial intelligence is inevitable. It is already here and will be affecting everything from the way we conduct our daily lives to how we think about the world around us.

As we are seeing a lot of content about AI lately, some of it praises the technology, while some other writings condemn it. Some people believe that AI will bring about the end of humanity, while others think that it will ruin education or SEO, or some other previously held belief.

But did you know that the use of AI can bring significant benefits to real estate businesses, including increased productivity, enhanced customer experience, and improved decision-making in today’s competitive real estate market?

In this article, we’ll explore some practical ways to leverage AI in your business and take advantage of the latest technologies to drive growth and success.

If you outsource content creation or rely on a lot of DIY content, it might be worth your while to consider how AI can help. For example, my client used to reach out to me regularly for short content: an email to a colleague, an Instagram caption, and some quick copyediting.

With ChatGPT, that client is more confident in the quality and accuracy of his content–so he doesn’t have to wait for me to help with smaller projects. That frees up time and money in his marketing budget to hire for bigger projects.

You can use AI to deconstruct content creation in order to understand how to improve your own writing. Generating AI content using Chat GPT allows you to experiment with different headlines until you arrive at the optimal one. Here’s how you can do it:

When you’re stuck on a title, you can ask ChatGPT to provide ten click-worthy titles; if they are unimpressive, you can request or regenerate ten more options that are humorous and playful.

Very nifty, right?

Aside from ChatGPT, here are other AI software you can use to optimize your business:

  1. GrammarlyGO, an extension of the popular Grammarly grammar-checking tool, will be released in April to help users create specific types of documents, including resumes, business proposals and more. The free version is robust, but the paid Premium and Business versions offer even more ways to leverage the power of AI.
  1. In an attempt to compete with Google, Microsoft is upgrading its Bing search engine by integrating artificial intelligence into it. The company hopes this change will make Bing more user-friendly and provide chat for more complex searches, resulting in nuanced and complete answers.
  1. Otter.ai offers a highly accurate, affordable and easy-to-use solution for capturing, organizing and sharing audio recordings of meetings and conversations.
  1. Dall-E is a new tool that creates images based on text input. For example, entering the search term “A painting in the style of Rembrandt of someone creating a self-portrait on a computer” results in an image like the one at the top of this story. It can also be used for virtual staging, such as when designing a room or house for sale.

Have you tried using any of these tools? How did it go?
